At Die Treza, we value your satisfaction and want you to feel confident in every purchase. Please read our return policy carefully:

Return Window:
You can request a return within 5 days of the order being delivered.

Eligible Return Reasons:

We accept returns only if:

You received the wrong product, OR

The product is defective or damaged.

Mandatory Unboxing Video:

To process any return request, a clear unboxing video (from start to finish) is compulsory.

The video must show the packaging being opened for the first time and the product inside.

Size Issues:

If you'd like to return a product due to size issues, we’ll gladly accept it, but a ₹100 delivery charge will be deducted during refund or exchange.

📝 Note:

We do not accept returns for reasons like change of mind, dislikes in design/color after delivery, or delays by courier services.

Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging.
